Mission in Practice

Mission is a mosaic of diverse tasks, which all have one aim: to empower and fortify people, thereby enabling them to hear God's call and face up to the challenges in their lives.

Therefore, the UEM promotes projects and programmes in the member churches.

The UEM member churches proclaim the Gospel and campaign for human rights, peace and reconciliation. The run health centres and diaconal institutions, schools and universities. They support women and young people, helping them to live independent lives.

On this website, you find a selection of programmes and projects the UEM is supporting.
