Covid-19: Yard sale for a good cause

As part of the  UEM staff fundraising initiative "Together against Covid-19", Malin and Lilly organized a yard sale on August 8, 2020 to support the Corona aid for children in Africa and Asia. The committed UEM youngsters were not deterred by the great heat to carry out the long planned project. Weeks before the flea market date, the two German girls distributed flyers in the neighborhood to inform about the existence-threatening effects of Covid-19 for many families in Africa and Asia. At tropical temperatures of over 35°C the two then organized their yard sale by offering their own toys for the benefit of children in the UEM countries in Africa and Asia, who are particularly suffering from the consequences of the Corona crisis. Malin and Lilly can be proud of the result: 200 Euros were raised through the sale. A great success!
