In Africa and Asia in particular, millions of people still do not even have enough money to feed themselves and their families. As an international communion of Christians, we have been working together with our member churches for decades to enable a life in dignity for all people and to reduce poverty.
In order to overcome poverty, education for children and adults is just as important as measures to provide people with jobs and the development of agricultural projects to provide food security. We also support pilot projects such as the Basic Income Grant in Namibia.
Some of our projects aimed at eradicating poverty are described on our project pages.
