SUMMARY:Peacebuilding\, Mediation and Advocacy Training
DESCRIPTION:How can churches and faith-based organisations respond to conflict\, ­discrimination\, and injustice in ways that ­promote peace and reconciliation? This international ­training in Sri ­Lanka invites practitioners involved in ­advocacy\, justice\, and peacebuilding work to learn\, reflect\, and exchange together.
\nParticipants will strengthen their skills in conflict analysis\, mediation\, conflict ­transformation\, and advocacy through practical exercises\, peer learning\, and ­exposure visits. The programme also offers an opportunity to learn from the experiences of ­churches and civil society in Sri Lanka and to explore concrete approaches to ­peacebuilding and reconciliation in diverse contexts.
\nParticipation
\nA participation fee of EUR 1\,200 applies. Participants are also asked to cover their travel costs to Sri Lanka.
