With a new short film, the UEM informs all who are interested about its 10th General Assembly. In September 2022, delegates from the 38 member churches and the von Bodelschwinghsche Stiftungen Bethel met in Villigst, Westphalia, to deliberate together and elect a new council and moderator.

The English-language film begins with the opening service in Dortmund's Rheinoldi Church and provides insights into the pre assemblies of the women and the young adults. As you proceed, you will meet several people from the UEM, including the interim moderator of the last period Rosmalia Barus and the newly elected moderator Bishop Dr. Abednego Keshomshahara. He summarized the role of the UEM this way: "The UEM must serve humanity holistically, in sustainable structures and close to its member churches." The film shows you the special atmosphere of the General Assembly with its personal encounters and prayers.
