Our UEM communion of churches invites young adults to do a voluntary service in another country. Young people from the continents of Africa or Asia come to Germany ("South-North") or do their service in another country in Africa or Asia ("South-South"). Young Germans do their voluntary service in countries in Africa or Asia ("North-South").

• interesting, carefully selected places of assignment that are part of a communion of churches on 3 continents 

• more than 40 years of experience in global voluntary service

• an in-depth selection and support programme with seminars and specific contact persons in all 3 regions of the UEM

• the assumption of costs for flights, insurance, accommodation and pocket money, together with partner organisations

• Certification by the Agency for Quality in Volunteer Services (Quifd)
