Already in the first days he faced the following short interview:

What were your first days at UEM like?
The first days were overwhelming. After a super onboarding, there was already the first conversation about all sorts of things. This was followed by the obligatory tour of the house with many interesting talks.

Where have you worked so far?
I designed magazines and books at SCM Bundes-Verlag in Witten. After that I worked as a freelancer from Wuppertal, mainly in the field of corporate design. I was also responsible for media production at a pocket knife company in Solingen.

How did you find your way to the UEM?
Although I already knew UEM from my time in Wuppertal, I actually became aware of it through the job advertisement in the relevant network portals.

What did you notice in your first few days at the UEM?
The atmosphere is very positive, the interaction is respectful and the tasks are varied.
