On December 6th, 2014, young people all over the world get active for the climate. While government representatives of many countries and experts sit together in Lima/Peru and discuss about how to stop the climate change, youth in Colombia, Rwanda, Indonesia or Germany show at the grassroot level how to act. They plant trees, awake attention on the radio or organise a concert for the climate.
International Networking
2012 and 2013 have already been successful in this regard. The young people networked on Facebook or via Skype. This will be possible this year again, of course (
www.facebook.com/climateactionday). A new logo has been designed this year to make the Climate Action Day even better known worldwide. If this will be sucessful, December 6th will proof. The Youth of the world have it in their hands.
