Karemera Francis: Bishop-Elect of the Cyangugu diocese

Bishop Nathan Amooti of the Anglican Church in Rwanda, Diocese of Cyangugu moves to be the Bishop of the Diocese of Kigali. His successor in the EAR Cyangugu is Bishop-Elect Karemera Francis whose consecration is scheduled on the 15^th of September 2019. Prior to his new position, he was General Secretary of the Anglican Church of Rwanda. UEM wishes both Bishops God's blessings in their new leadership positions. The Anglican Church in Rwanda, EAR Cyangugu Diocese, has a partnership with the German EKiR Church District Trier.
