The United Evangelical Mission and the Kirchliche Hochschule Wuppertal (KiHo) welcomed the participants of the International Study Programme at the Wuppertal Mission House on April 25. Ten theology students are taking part - three from Asia, three from Africa and four from Germany. The students not only attend lectures and seminars at KiHo as a group, but also participate together in specific events and excursions. They also meet regularly to reflect on what they have experienced together. The aim is for young theologians from the countries of the member churches of the UEM to get to know each other and to network.

Wednesday, April 27, marks the start of the approximately 50 lectures, exercises and seminars that the KiHo lists in its course catalog for the next three months until July 21, 2022. The diverse theology offerings range from "The Gospel of John" to "Introduction to Biblical Aramaic" to "Feminist Exegesis." All lectures take place in presence, some are additionally transmitted hybrid via live stream.
