UEM Management Team

The Management Team, the Executive Board, is responsible for putting the principles and guidelines adopted by the General Assembly into practice. This is done in programmes and projects that take place either regionally or internationally in the member churches, or in staff exchanges. 

The General Secretary, Rev Dr Andar Parlindungan, is the General Secretary. Deputy General Secretary is Rev Dr Dyah Krismawati.

The Management Team coordinates the operational business of the UEM, which is divided into 5 divisions:

Africa / Germany under the leadership of Rev Dr Emmanuel Muhozi.

Asia / Germany under the leadership of Rev Dr Dyah Krismawati

_{The regional offices in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and Pematangsiantar (Indonesia) as well as the German Department, the Service Teams Projects and Partnerships, the Volunteer Programmes, the Young Adult Network, the Regional Service and the exchange staff deployed in the respective regions are assigned to these divisions.}

Global Programmes II 

includes the Departments JPIC (Justice, Peace and Integrety of Creation) with co-workers in Germany, Africa and Asia, as well as International Diaconia

Finance & Administration under the leadership of Deputy Executive Secretary Baraka Lwakatare. 

The Division comprises the Departments IT & Services, Communication & Fundraising, Human Resources as well as Financial Accounting, House & Property and Housekeeping.
