UEM Management Team

The Management Team, the Executive Board, is responsible for putting the principles and guidelines adopted by the General Assembly into practice. This is done in programmes and projects that take place either regionally or internationally in the member churches, or in staff exchanges. 

The General Secretary, Rev Dr Andar Parlindungan, is the General Secretary. In accordance with the statutes, there are two Deputy General Secretaries, Rev Dr John Wesley Kabango and Timo Pauler.

The Management Team coordinates the operational business of the UEM, which is divided into 5 divisions:

Africa / Germany under the leadership of Rev Dr John Wesley Kabango

Asia / Germany under the leadership of Rev Dr Dyah Krismawati

Global Programmes II 

includes the Departments JPIC (Justice, Peace and Integrety of Creation) with co-workers in Germany, Africa and Asia, as well as International Diaconia

Finance & Administration under the leadership of Timo Pauler

The Division comprises the Departments IT & Services, Communication & Fundraising, Human Resources as well as Financial Accounting, House & Property and Housekeeping.
